A practical workflow for independent creators, community TV projects, educators and publishers who need to organize their own channel lists and validate browser playback across mobile, desktop and supported TV devices.
Independent broadcasters, educators, churches, community media projects, podcasters, and video publishers often need a lightweight way to test their own stream URLs, keep channel lists organized, and operate playback on the devices their audience already uses. MedicalTV helps teams evaluate those browser and playlist workflows without requiring every viewer to start with a dedicated desktop application.

Use the browser media player to test compatible media URLs and playlist entries. A successful parse is not the same as a successful stream; validate playback in the exact target browsers and networks.
Evaluate the phone-based remote for supported screen workflows and cast and mirror features where available. Test touch input, pairing, permissions, and screen behavior on actual devices.
Maintain rights and provenance records for every stream. Respect source terms, regional restrictions, privacy requirements, audience-age controls, and any agreements that govern redistribution or public exhibition.
MedicalTV is a browser-first media and playlist workflow toolkit. It is not an automatic guarantee of a stable broadcast origin, dedicated CDN, DRM platform, content licence, creator monetization service, or turnkey white-label IPTV business. Those capabilities require separate technical and commercial validation if your business model depends on them.
For public livestreams, reliability depends on the publisher’s encoder, origin, network, playlist format, cross-origin policy and browser support. For private streams, validate authentication and secrets handling before sharing links.
You can evaluate supported playlist and stream sources with the browser tools. Compatibility varies by format, codec, origin policies, credentials, and device.
Do not infer content rights from a playlist link or from the ability to play it. You are responsible for permission to access, publicly exhibit, or redistribute each source.
The current product pages describe browser playback, playlist workflows, remote-control and related tools. Hosting, creator accounts, subscriptions, monetization, CDN, DRM, tenant billing and service commitments should be treated as separate requirements unless explicitly agreed and verified.
Use clear titles and channel groups, test on real phones over cellular and Wi-Fi, keep controls accessible, avoid requiring hover, and supply a fallback link when a stream is not compatible.
Begin with one playlist and one target device. Test the streams you are authorized to use, document browser/network restrictions, and expand only after the pilot behaves reliably.
